Can I remove parties when sending a template?

Not exactly, no. When sending a template - you’ll need to have at least as many parties as are set up on the template itself.

For example, if you have a template set up for two parties, you’ll always need to have at least two parties for the envelope it’s featured in. You can have more than two, but not less.

In practice, if you have a template that you plan to send to varying numbers of parties, we’d suggest using the ‘Copy Template’ feature to create an exact copy and edit it so that you’ve got multiple versions - two parties, three parties, etc!

This will save you the leg work in the long run!
