How can I pull a report of account activity?

You're able to pull a wide range of different reports for different facets of your Signable account. All of the options to do this can be found by selecting 'Company Settings' (found by clicking your name in the top-right)

and then choosing the ‘Data & Privacy’ tab.

Once here, you’ll see a number of options:


Export Envelopes

This is a CSV file featuring basic information about every envelope currently on your Signable account. This will feature envelope titles, their signing status (created, signed, etc), dates, associated users and party details. It also includes a handy link for downloading each envelope.


Export Templates

This option sends you a .zip file with a copy of each template document on the account, together with a CSV file featuring basic information on each of these templates.


Export Contacts

Choosing this option will send you a CSV file with the name and email address for every, currently listed, contact on your Signable account (anyone that can be found under the Contacts tab).


Export Users

This provides an option to receive a CSV featuring basic information about all of the Users (individual logins) on your Signable account. This will feature information such as the teams they belong to, the user role they have and when they were created, as well as basic name/email information.



Once any of these are selected, the final thing to bear in mind is it will be sent to your registered Company Email, so ensure you’ve got access to that inbox!
