How do I set up the Slack integration?

With our Slack integration, you can get real-time notifications about completed envelopes delivered straight into a Slack channel of your choice. Here’s how to connect Signable to Slack:

You will need to be a Super Admin of your organisation’s Signable account as well as a Slack Workspace Admin in order to set up the Signable + Slack integration.

Step 1

Head to ‘Company Settings’ and navigate to ‘Integrations’. Once there, you will see the option to connect Slack with Signable. Click ‘Install’.

Step 2

Signable will then request permission to access your Slack Workspace. Here you will see an outline of what the integration offers and the permissions it requires.

Step 3

Select from the dropdown the Slack channel you wish your Signable notifications to be delivered to. Your options include all public Slack channels in your workspace, and any private channels that you manage. Once happy with your chosen channel, click ‘Allow’.

Step 4

When you next log into your Slack Workspace, you will see a welcome message from Signable in your chosen channel. And that’s it! All notifications from your signed envelopes will be delivered to Slack, making your document signing process more efficient.
