Can I send an envelope again?

So you've created an envelope, it got your documents signed quick as a flash - so you'd like to use it again with different details - you're in luck! With Signable's 'duplicate envelope' feature - completely re-sending an envelope is easy as anything!

A quick heads up - if you're just looking to just send a reminder email on an In Progress envelope, you can! Here's a guide on how.

Step 1: Select your Envelope

You can select any Envelope that isn't currently in Draft or Unverified status from within your Envelopes tab, once you've found the culprit - click the three stacked dots and select 'Duplicate'

Alternatively, you can click the envelope's title to be taken to it's Status page. From here, you'll also see the various options for the envelope, including the 'Duplicate' button.

Step 2: Editing the Envelope

The first thing you'll notice is that you're required to save the envelope name before you can amend any other details on the envelope - so re-label it however you see fit and click 'save'.

Once this is done, all the other sections will now become editable, clicking 'edit' on any of these sections will take you to that area of the envelope creation flow - allowing you to add/edit/remove documents, parties, fields - you name it!

Once you're happy with the edits - scroll down and click 'Send Envelope'. All done! You've successfully duplicated an envelope and saved bags of time!
